Jack Benke founded AVA Advocates for Vulnerable Adults to act in a fiduciary capacity for those that cannot advocate for themselves.  Advocacy is the profession or work of a legal advocate. Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. Jack is well qualified to act as an Advocate, in a fiduciary capacity, for vulnerable adults. Jack has acquired a number of professional disciplines over the years.  Jack is a retired Financial Advisor was a Registered Representative Series 24, 7, 66, and formerly licensed in Life, Accident, Health, Property and Casualty. Jack has experience with individual retirement income and estate planning, as well as business succession planning. Jack is a licensed Real Estate Broker in MN and FL with experience in residential primary residence, second home, and investment property. Jack is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator NMLS 322773 with multi-generational residential lending programs and commercial lending experience. In addition, Jack has experience in the construction industry as a licensed building contractor (new construction and renovation), and electrical and mechanical contracting experience. Jack studied Economics at St Thomas University, in St Paul, Minnesota. Jack puts his years of educational background, knowledge and experience to work to advocate for his clients; that is, to help them make informed decisions, or step in as a supported decision maker or substitute decision maker, when necessary. Jack puts the interest of those he advocates for above the interests of all others.
